Online Booking
We offer two online booking models from which clients can choose so that we are not bound to one particular service.
RESX — One of the leading worldwide booking tools with almost unlimited policy and preferred supplier customization (and built-in web fare search) at an extremely reasonable cost.
GetThere — An inexpensive option that provides the power of Sabre's GetThere technology in a booking tool. Primarily for corporations that have simple travel policies or do not need extensive customization.
Online Reporting
Our online reporting tool, iBank, is available to designated personnel and provides access to all historical and future travel data for the account. The system is updated daily and can display hundreds of versions of 50 standard reports along with user defined reports. Over 250 corporate travel management companies as well as over 220 Fortune 500 corporations utilize iBank.
We provide comprehensive summary and detail reporting on all travel data including but not limited to air carrier performance, hotel stays, car rentals, each individual trip, lost savings opportunities, advance purchase statistics, group and meeting travel, arrival and departure lists, and benchmarking against other accounts in similar industries.
